THC is the illegal component of the marijuana cannabidiol compounds and as CBD does not contain THC, it is legal to use. In fact in most countries where marijuana is illegal CBD is perfectly fine and legal to use.

There are so many different strains of hemp and marijuana plants. Lots of them have been cultivated for different purposes. However both hemp and marijuana contain CBD. The strains being bred for CBD extraction contain extra high levels of the cannabidiol compound.

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of over 100 cannabinoid compounds that occur naturally in cannabis plants however grown worldwide. Cannabis flowers produce a sticky resin that contains these compounds. The flowers also contain terpenes, amino acids, and various other compounds known unofficially to benefit the human body on many levels. 

CBD is one of the most popular compounds. The other is THC, the infamous compound known for its mind-altering effects, and the reason for much hesitance when people think about trying CBD oil.  

There are two ways of obtaining oil from the cannabis plant one is from the leaves which is hemp oil and hemp seed oil which is the better extraction method especially if by way of C02 method leaving it high in amino acids and trace minerals
 

How does CBD interact with the body?
The plant genus Cannabis produces around 60 cannabinoids that interact with the endocannabinoid system in our bodies.

Essentially in really simple terms the endocannabinoid system is a network of neurons with cannabinoid receptors in our body that are involved in regulating a variety of physiological and cognitive processes. These receptors are the ones that are affected by CBD and the ones that transmit the effects throughout our bodies.

Without distorting the science too much, you could say that human beings are “hard-wired” for cannabinoids. The endocannabinoid system runs deep and touches all of the major systems of the body. .

One of the most popular ways to consume cannabidiol is as an oil. It comes in a variety of strengths and is simply taken via a few drops under the tongue a few times a day.

CBD Balm Spray & Lotions
Balms and lotions can be applied to the skin & Spray via Mouth. These act as a moisturiser and allow CBD to be absorbed through the skin. It can also come in the form of shampoo, deodorant, cleansers and soaps.
